Design Pool & Spa is looking to expand its team with the addition of a Pool Construction Team Member. We expect the best of our team and our customers expect the best of us.
Construction Team – Laborer & Foreman
Design Pool & Spa is hiring for our Construction Team to help bring fiberglass and gunite pool projects to life. We are currently seeking both Laborers and Foremen to work on active job sites.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting with fiberglass and gunite pool installations

Operating and maintaining tools and equipment

Preparing job sites and maintaining a clean, safe work environment

Working hands-on with the crew throughout the build process

For Foremen: leading the crew, ensuring quality control, coordinating materials, and communicating with project managers and homeowners
A valid driver’s license is required. This role is physical in nature and requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.
No prior pool construction experience is required — we provide hands-on, on-the-job training. We’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who want to grow in a skilled and rewarding industry.
