Retail Associate
Design Pool & Spa is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming in-store experience while helping customers with their pool, spa, and water wellness needs.
Responsibilities include:

Performing in-store water testing and clearly explaining results to customers

Recommending appropriate chemicals, products, and solutions

Accurately cashing customers out using our POS system

Assisting with merchandising, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized showroom

Supporting inventory management, including receiving shipments and monitoring stock levels
-
Loading products into customer vehicles when needed
This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
No prior industry experience is required — we provide hands-on, on-the-job training in water chemistry, products, and customer service. For the right candidate, there is opportunity to grow into a Hot Tub Sales position, with commissions offered. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and build a career with us.
